BHPC Frampton Summer Camp 2009

The Berkeley Hunt Pony Club summer camp was held at Frampton over 5 days in July 2009. With easy access of the A38 just south of junction 13 on the M5 this event proved extremely popular. I estimate over 70 riders of all ages. England in the summer time.  The weather went from glorious sunshine to paddy fields but that didn't spoil another excellent camp. The cross country course is available to hire through the Frampton Family Riding Club.

Comments and Impression

Yet again, I must congratulate the committee members, instructors and parents for organising a fantastic event. Everyone I spoke to enjoyed the camp. Two comments; the food stall closed too soon, no cup of tea after the sessions  finished in the afternoon. Also on the safety side; one grid sequence was set up next to a barb-wire fence, potentially dangerous.

No request from the committee to cover the event so I stuck with the red rum group. To the parents who followed me around, I hope you enjoy the photos. Haven't got any photo's for Saturday as I was at the Slimbridge Show.

Viewing Photo's

The photo's are arranged by time. Click on the relevant session hyperlink and a separate window should appear. Simply move your cursor over the large photo and use the white arrows, at either side, to click through the selection or use your arrow keys. You will need flash player to view the sequence of images. Don't worry it's safe and free from Adobe. You should be prompted if you don't have it installed. The images have been scaled down to a manageable size. Use right click or "copy and paste" to download. If you would like a copy of the higher resolution original drop me an email via the contact link.
