Three Counties Show Jumping
Three Counties Show Ground Established to promote agriculture, horticulture and food production in the counties of Hertfordshire, Gloucester and Worcestershire, this non-profit making charity now enjoys the respect of breeders and agriculturalists worldwide. Prime objective is "To promote British food and farming, and the drawing together of town and country for mutual benefit.
Comments and Impression
Fantastic amphitheatre surrounded by the Malvern Hills, which created a natural heat trap on this seriously hot day. A little tricky to find, but with good signage from the M50 junction 1. Ample flat parking i.e. a field. This event took place in a series of fields adjacent to the main show site, so I'm unable to comment on the main facilities.
Average jumps for a Riding Club event, with several disputes over a poles falling onto an underlying wall. A busy event, well supported with a generally relaxed atmosphere.
Special Interest : Vale of White Horse Riding Club
The two Amanda's riding Bear and Curly again, especially as I was transporting Bear. Well done to the VWH Riding Club team who came sixth.
